Many people evoke spirits and high spiritual beings and do not add
"Of the light" at the end. So when someone calls in Jesus, or Mary, or Michael, a lower deity or elemental can say, “Oh, I’ll be Christ, or Mary for the day.” and cause havoc.
To be safe and to be assured that only the Deity of the Light is present or contacted, it would be best to say “Of the Light”.
For instance,
"I call in Jesus, of the light, to be with us.”
"I ask, The Virgin Mary, of the light to be present.”
"I evoke, The Spirit of Arch Angel Michael of the light to protect us.”
