I lived in Exeter Ontario from the time I was two years old until the age of ten. Exeter is a small town, about 1 + ½ hours north of London, Ontario, on Hwy 4, that has the unique distinction of having numerous white squirrels, a genetic occurrence that has since spread to neighbouring areas and towns.
It is not uncommon to see four to five white squirrels feeding together.
Of course the white squirrels started showing up just after I left Exeter and moved to London. I like to think it was my gift to Exeter for those major experiences of my childhood. (chuckle). But then again it’s probably just nature.
