We are Cathryn and Allan Green and welcome you to visit our home, The Goddess & The Green Man Crystal Earth Retreat Centre, in the heart of Eastern Ontario. We offer a Bed and Breakfast Retreat stay for those who wish to take extra time or travel from afar and we also welcome people who just come for the day to work with either of us. Everyone who comes finds peace within our home and on the land.

Our retreat centre is quietly placed in Ompah in the "Land of Lakes". We are surrounded by glorious stretches of uninhabited land, framed by brilliant blue waterways - all beautiful and pristine. From here, you experience one lake, travel but a few minutes to find another lake and a few minutes beyond you discover another and still another.
Our home helps people to balance and to heal. The land beneath our home is embedded with many veins of milky quartz crystals which heighten the vibration, and we have sacred portals on our land which empower meditation and communication with Mother Earth and Father Sky.

I have over twenty-eight years of experience and have facilitated over 16,000 Past Life and Spiritual Journeys. Every journey has given me new insights and taught me something that I've never dreamed or thought possible. Every new experience enables me to guide people with higher and higher quality.
Our home with its very tranquil and spiritual surroundings has its own healing qualities, and is ideally placed for you to experience your own personal journey.
It is my great honour to serve you. My purpose is to empower people to find their truth, and live a legacy not a resume.

I work with many modalities but I am finding that working with Zenith Omega is becoming a main focus. People come to me for Zenith Omega clearings or for me to teach them the different levels. I also facilitate Zenith Light Body Acceleration for advanced souls.

Along with workshops, guest facilitators, yoga, overtone chanting, sing alongs, archery, and star gazing we have an exercise room, bio mat, chi machine and healthy, happy food.

We have six kayaks
- Pontoon boating can be arranged
- Allan can lead Drumming Circles - we have many different kinds of drums and musical instruments
- Allan, a professional musician for twenty-five years sings, plays guitar, piano, flute, drums, etc.
- Music and joy can always be present
- Campfires with singing and ceremony
- Sacred fires
- Silent retreats
- Custom retreats for men or women can be arranged
- Sacred portals to experience.
- There are seven cats and two dogs who love to love and be loved
- There are many hiking/walking trails
- Cross country skiing and snowshoeing are available in winter
- We feed deer and wild turkeys and wild winter birds twenty feet outside our windows
- Spring, summer, autumn and winter and are all amazing with their individual beauty and energies
- There is a small waterfall nearby where one can meditate
- There are beautiful flower gardens
- One can visit the nearby river to swim, fish, or watch the occasional eagle swoop down for food
- Bon Echo Park with the hieroglyphs is forty minutes away
